Requirements
  •  A bona fide Passport which is valid for another 6 months
  •  Passport size photograph (6 cm x 4 cm) which should have a white background
  •  PAN Card

  •  Any variation in airfare or visa fee will have to be paid prior to departure.
  •  No child fare applies in low cost/ budget airlines.
  •  Hotel rooms in Mecca will have attached bathrooms.
  •  Room services not include this package- ( Room services in hotels absolutely depends on hotel)
  •  Riyaz Ul Jannah’s permit is not included in our package. We can process at the time of applying visa but we do not guarantee. Saudi government has been launched the app name of NUSUK, on which you can go personally and take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.
  •  Rates may differ during festive season (Muharram, Ramadan,Eid and Eid-Milad- Un-Nabi etc.)
  •  Tour programs and tours dates are tentative and subject to change without any notification.
  •  Tour operator/guide will not be held accountable for the loss of luggage
  •  Laundry service will be provided 2 time in Mecca and one time in Medina
  •  Fixed timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals
  •  Toiletries like towels and buckets will not be made available in the hotels of Mecca and Medina
  •  We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
  •  Pilgrims requiring wheelchair are suggested to carry their own wheelchair
  •  We will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay and/or any mistake in Umrah visa from KSA embassy and visa fees is non refundable
  •  The Company’s tours are the only subject of claims, disputes, and litigation that are construed in accordance with current Indian laws, with Delhi courts having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
Payment Terms
  •  01 Term: ₹19,999 booking amount per person.
  •  02 Term: Before proceeding with the visa process, clients are required to clear 50% of the remaining balance after the booking amount.
  •  03 Term: The remaining balance must be cleared at the time of receiving the visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
  •  We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don’t deal with cash.
Cancellation Policy
  •  The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
  •  All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
  •  If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
  •  To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
  •  Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline’s policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it’s essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
  •  No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation or Ziyarats , if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.
  • If you cancel your booking before 20 days, you will be charged with 50% of the tour cost. 03.) If you cancel your booking before 10 days or less than that you will be charged with 100% of the tour cost.
  • The cancellation may be necessary in exceptional circumstances; The Company reserves the right to cancel your Umrah.
Itinerary

Itinerary (Tentative)

DAY 1— The group will jet off to Jeddah . AC Deluxe buses will transport the group to Mecca hotel. After accessing the hotel and checking in the tour guide will take the group for Umrah

DAY 2— Set off for Haram Sharif

DAY 3— Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide

DAY 4— Offer prayers at Haram sharif

DAY 5— Visit Haram sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid Asha with assistance of tour guide but pilgrims have to manage their own transportation

DAY 6— Perform 3rd Umrah and visit Masjid Asha but pilgrims have to manage their own transportation

DAY 7— Offer prayers at Haram Sharif and/or explore Jeddah as per your convenience

DAY 8— Pack your bags as we going to Medina

DAY 9— After accessing Medina & set to visit Masjid e Nawabi

DAY 10— Set off for Majid E Nawabi

DAY 11— Set off Masjid E Nawabi

DAY 12— Offer prayers at Masjid E Nawabi and/or explore Madinah as per your convenience

DAY 13— Offer prayers at Masjid E Nawabi

DAY 14— Set off for Masjid E Nawabi

DAY 15— Reach airport with your luggage to board the return flight to India
